For copyright, there is no global registry. No standard proof. No interoperable certification that travels across jurisdictions.
The result: creators and inventors lose value every day - not because their work is not worth protecting, but because the infrastructure to protect it was never built for them.

WHY NOW
Generative AI has collapsed the time between idea and production. A dataset, a model architecture, a creative work - all can be replicated or contested within days of publication.
At the same time, verifiable digital record infrastructure has matured enough to provide timestamped, auditable proof of creation - at a fraction of traditional legal costs.
The standards do not yet exist. The platforms are being built now. Human IP is building them.
